How it works

  1. 1

    A short elimination

Swap high-FODMAP foods for low ones for two to six weeks. IBS AI counts the days and stops the phase on time.

  2. 2

Bring foods back, one group at a time

Lactose, fructose, onion, garlic, wheat and the rest: three days each, a rest in between, a suggested verdict from your scores.

  3. 3

    Keep what works for you

Describe a meal, the AI tags its FODMAPs. Each check-in is matched to the meals before it. Over the weeks you see which foods are yours.

Why IBS AI?

The low-FODMAP diet works best with a guide. Most people do it alone.

  • Guided, not generic

Every day tells you what today is for: which phase, which test, which portion.

  • Evidence you can see

Each insight shows its numbers — trouble after 5 of 6 meals — so you judge it yourself.

  • Safety rails built in

Blood, fever, weight loss or night symptoms get one answer — see a doctor — never a diet tip. A plain report sums up your weeks for your GP.

  • Yours, and private

Your diary is stored in the EU, read by nobody else, and you can download or delete it any time.

Questions, answered

Is IBS AI medical advice?

No. It is a tracking tool and a general guide; it does not diagnose or treat anything. Do the diet with a dietitian if you can, and see a doctor first if your symptoms are new. The app asks you to rule out coeliac disease before cutting wheat.

What does the AI do?

It reads the meal you describe and tags each food with its FODMAP groups, and it compares your meals with your check-ins to find foods that are repeatedly followed by trouble. It never sees your name or email and gives no advice.

How long does the program take?

Elimination takes two to six weeks, reintroduction six to eight, then you keep what works. Most people are through in eight to twelve weeks.

Is my diary private?

Yes. Entries are stored in the EU, only your account can read them, and you can download or delete everything from Settings.

What does it cost?

The diary and the basic food lookup are free. Premium — the program, the reintroduction tests, the insights and the clinician report — is $59.99 a year or $12.99 a month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time.

Know your triggers in twelve weeks.

Get IBS AI, answer a few questions, log your first meal. The program takes it from there, one day at a time.
